I was sceptical at first but my instincts said go for it . I'm 220lbs and the xl fits perfect. It stretches and its really comfortable. Great on my back....I can wear this trainer all day.

love it.
I have a small waist and I wear 25 in pants and XS on top. I ordered Small. I like it because it helps me to have a good posture and not bend when I am tired or bored. it is a good reminder to eat less as well. I mainly ordered this item to work on my posture which is helpful I like to try it when I am going on treadmill too. I would wear it at least couple hours everyday.
and Yes! the quality is perfect. highly recommended.

It really sucks everything in and forces you to have good posture. I use this when working out and it has definitely made a difference. I often forget to keep my stomach muscles tight when working out but with this wasn't trainer on I'm constantly thing about my muscles. I got a medium and it fits great. I have to make sure that I don't pull the two outer straps too tight or it is very uncomfortable. If you go my the sizing chart you should have an issue with selecting the correct size.

Really liked it but this worked so well I quickly became too small for it. I usually wear a medium and I got a large. Advise other shoppers to get their shirt size!

I received my product 2 days before I expected to receive it so this was a plus !!! I purchased this for postpartum belly and I've had it for 5 days and seems to be working well .. Though if I was able to exercise I'm sure it would work faster .. The belt itself is great quality and really sturdy , easy to put on and take off and can fit as tight as you can stand it .. The only thing is it's not very comfortable to sleep in other that that I would purchase this again !! Im a very happy customer
