I like it I cant to receive the medium. First I purchased the lrg after reading the review to go up a size but the LRG was way too big. My normal size in shirts is a medium. Measurements are 32-28-38.... im 5'4

It's a bit bulky, but I believe it will be fine for working out. I was expecting it to be a bit more slim. Overall I like it. I've only worn it twice so I need some time to break it in.

No reason to give anything less than 5 stars! The Velcro stays and you can adjust to your liking. If you work out and wear this consistently while doing it you should definitely see results.

So first off, the first thing I noticed is the double Velcro - IT'S AMAZING - you can completely control how tight you want the trainer to go, and it's so secure I LOVE this feature. Love how tight and secure this feels, I can't wait to see results. I'll update and post pictures once I start seeing results. I wanted to rate it now because I loved how great the double velcro control was!

Update: I'm only on day 3 and I'm seeing my figure is better. Side note - the control with both Velcros also helps my back, I've had many back problems and always have back pain and this actually helps. The only thing with that is the velcro's are so strong (which is amazing) that they are a tad bulky in front, so you can't necessarily wear anything tight or form fitting over this, but I just am wearing flowy/loose tops until I get the result I want, and then I'll be able to wear tighter tops again.

Here's the thing...I've used many waist trainer/shapers and none suck in the way this one does. This is comfortable and is almost discreet underneath clothing. I work behind a computer all day so this definitely helps with my posture. Only thing I wish is that it covered more of the stomach area. Either way...still love it. Have been wearing it for over 3 weeks and I definitely see and feel a difference.

NOTE: This is along with exercise and eating decent. Not perfect but decent :)

High quality compared to other waist trainers. I've had problems with the velcro slipping on others but this one is very sturdy. It is a little bulky for wearing under clothes but you can wear it under loose clothes. Overall pleased and I bought a second.

At first it looked too difficult to deal with but its actually so very comfortable, doesn't ride up against my breasts at all which is the most annoying thing for me when waist training. Very easy to put on and take off and stays in place!

I purchased this product feeling a little skeptical. However, after using it for a week I'm actually in love with it. I've mostly worn it to work out, oh my goodness you sweat SO much. Idk if it's just me but I feel my stomach looks tighter. I have a short torso so I felt it fit perfect, also I usually wear small in shirts but purchased a medium so glad I went a size up. I would definitely recommend this product. It is a bit bulky to wear out under your clothes, I did once with a loose shirt and it wasn't too obvious. I can't wait to see the results after a few weeks! It's a great buy!
