Fit exactly as expected - I wear a size XL t shirt and XL or XXL in most women's clothing and ordered an XL. Fits great with room to shrink up as I lose weight. Plan to wear it during cardio and exercising - hopefully it helps shrink my middle!

It was an excellent buy! It fit as expected, had no problems with it. I use it for about 2 hrs, about 5 days a week whenever I do cardio, and I can definitely notice a difference. I have more of a little shape to my waist! I love it! I definitely recommend it to friends. I think it's a great waist trainer, especially considering its my first one.

I have to say this waist trainer fits well. I figured I would order the extra large as
these things always run small. I'am 5'7 size 9/11 and the suport is great. Ladies
I notice from some pictures I see you are ordering to small of a size. This will not do you
justice. If you order a size up if will feel much better and more flattering. You can
adjust the xlarge belt probably to a size medium. You need to take in acount your
frame. Some of us have wider backs. If you get the proper size you will be happy.
If you get a belt to small you are not going to get the best results. Also to small
will give you muffin top and you do not want that. Don't force yourself into something
your not. This is a figure flattering item. Just like a bra, you want to show off your
curves and at the same time train your waist to slim down. Also the smaller size is
also a much shorter and narrow width up and down and again muffin top. This is a
great belt and the adjustments on the belt will easily comform with your body.

I am 5'2 and 125 pounds and purchased the small which fits perfectly. I am 3 months pp. I lost my curves after the baby so i bought this to help get them back. Only worn it a week for 4 hours a day and already seeing results. Every 2 days i can clothes it a little tighter. Its comfortable and i can hide it under clothes. Love it!
