waist trainer fit great. its very comfortable, only think is when I opened the package there was very strong plastic smell. I had to air it out before wearing. Smell is still there but not as strong. Other than that I love it.

-Oh yasssss, so I recently had a baby and this definitely hides my flubber. Lol' Shapes up my body and makes it look smooth the 25 rod definitely helps with shaping into a smoother look I'm so in love with this and can't wait to see the changes it brings to my body. Im 5'4, 170lbs and I got a medium. I didn't measure shit, I just guessed but it fits perfectly. I keep it on almost all day, I can wear it on the 2nd strap with no discomfort. I almost forget that I have it on. Only time I remember is when I need to adjust it. It does leave some weird marks on my belly from the tightness of the straps but Im not complaining. Best waist trainer ever

Ahhh! I love it so much!! I thought I loved my last one but I was so wrong lol! The material is great, it’s fits me perfect! I like that it is a bit thinner than my last one and I’m hoping as sturdy as the last because this one’s material is so comfy! My hip size is 36 inches I weigh between 145-150.

I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. Happy sweating and hope this works for everyone else!
