I really like this way strainer. It's comfortable and it's easy to use and it does not show through your clothes. After just one day I noticed it was easier to keep my stomach sucked in and I appeared smaller. You should definitely buy this! Just a small warning it is latex so if you're allergic you should not buy but everyone else one of the best waist trainers I've ever had.

I hate that the zipper get stuck but I love it. This is the best shaper i have ever bought. Gives me the shape i want. Am still gonna give it a five star because this is what i have been looking for after several tons of buying and returning.

So I love this. I had brought another one previously but with only the clips same brand and I love that one too but it was a little to small I have to squeeze into it. It was also A XL. I’m 5’6 220lb. I wear a Xl in shirts so I got a Xl for the waist trainer based on the reviews. I have extra stomach and big breast. I knew the XL would fit but I didn’t want to squeeze into it. It fit tight but I didn’t have to squeeze into it, it’s still breathable. An XXL probably would fit just right. The XL looks good on me but it’s a little tight but sometimes I forget I have it on.

I'm 5'3 and 176 lbs. I order an xl cause the reviews I seen said order 1 or 2 sizes up from what size shirt you wear. When it came it was way too big and damaged. They sent me another one right out and let me get a medium instead and it fits tight like I think it should. No back fat poking out anywhere and it is actually helping with my back pain. It doesn't roll up at all and I can sit comfortably. I love it!

I am 5'9 1/2 weigh 200 lbs and ordered a small. I had no problem getting it on and fits perfect. I have a tall torso fits great in the front I have a little bit of back fat because it doesnt go high up enough on my back. I love it. I can breathe comfortably..not too tight

First of all the packaging was on point and the fit material very high end! I ordered a Small and it fits perfect! Makes my waist look beautiful and thin!! Most definitely gonna place another for back up and the nude shade for when I wear light colors!! Highly recommend!!

I liked everything about it. Easy to clip and zip. Hourglass figure. Very smooth and can barely see it under blouse. Best waist trainer ever out of all the ones I had before. Got a M/L but I need a Small so I emailed the company and they are gladly sending me a small for free and letting me keep the one I bought. I don’t have to return it.
