This trainer is everything. Had to get help to have it zip up as it tight but once it was all zipped up, I became a curvy diva. Had it on for a few hours without exercising and sweat around the belly area. Can't wait to start working out and getting real results

I just received mine today and I put it on. I am a 5”3 165lbs and I bought a medium and it fits exact it could be and inch smaller. I only say that because I know that after I lose an inch or 2 off my belly I will need a small. I closed it on the very last hook so it can’t get any smaller. I will update my progress
Edit: 2 days later I take back my first comment I have had this on for four consecutive hours now and it feels tighter now than when I first put it on. I feel like every time I sit down and get up it gets tighter which as weird as it is I love. I’ll keep the updates coming. It also forces me to sit up straight.

Fits great! You have to go by the size chart located on the images. Make sure you measure your waist to insure you purchase the correct size.

I love the product and I used the Sizing Guide to purchase. I did not realize that I should have sized down because I lost a couple of inches prior to purchasing the one I have now. I bought and XL because my inches fell within that size guide however, I will be ordering the L. Love the product and it is comfortable and although I already have good posture it will cause you to have great posture.

Looooooove this. I am wearing it right now. I wear it as much as possible. Really sucks you in. Warning that it can give you a bit of a muffin top around the armpit area if you are packing some extra upper body weight, but you can just place your bra band over the top of this and I have found that helps to hide the bulge. Its a little uncomfortable at first, but after you wear it a few times it is pretty comfortable. A couple of other huge bonuses are that it is seamless under your clothes, and you don't have to deal with crotch snaps every time you have to pee. Definitely glad I ordered this product.

every waist trainer ive gotten always left bruises and scarring from the wires. or it was too flimsy this one fits perfect!!! im already to buy another one as this one is already too big... it literally shrinks your waist!

I just got this in the mail today and it fits better than expected! I am a 30.5-31in waist (5ft,6in and 180lbs) and an XL seemed like it would be too big so I ordered the Large and it fits well. I'm comfortable on the 2nd row of hooks and have no problem zipping it up. Definitely gives you an instant boob lift lol. I intend to wear this during the day under my scrubs and it's great that it won't show.
