I just got this in the mail my waist is 45 inches wide I got the 3x and nope it wasn’t fitting maybe a couple inches to small so I’m glnna order a 4x and I’m nervouse bc I’m not sure how much it stretches , I’ll update my review once I get the 4x

I recently purchased this. It arrived very promptly and was very strong/sturdy as I hoped. Unfortunately, it was too small and affected my breathing/circulation. I am 5'4 and 122 pounds but the medium was too small. The seller was extremely accomodating regarding the return with various return options.

The order was shipped fast, and it fits just right. This waist trainer feels tight(how it’s supposed to) but surprisingly comfortable. I use it to excercise and it doesn’t give me any issues. I’ve been using it for a week now and I can honestly feel a little bit of progress. (Nothing crazy or drastic... I mean it’s only been a week) but I do notice a slight change. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and I would recommend it.
