I love this waist trainer! I recommend sizing down two sizes if you’re actually trying to train your waist & make it smaller because getting your proper size mostly just improves your posture, which is still great but not what I’m looking for personally. I ordered a small & my sizing is a medium according to the chart but I’m able to fit on the 3rd hook pretty easily without it feeling to tight but still giving me the “snatched” look that I’m going for lol. I’ll probably size down sooner than normal only because I didn’t order a small enough size rather than because of the materials. I can tell this one will last longer than a previous brand I bought. It’s really a lovely trainer I’m glad I purchased it.

Love this!! I'm 5'4 and about 140 lbs, did the waist measurements and ordered a large. It fit, but only on the smallest set of hooks, so I returned and reordered a medium, except they shipped me a small! It ended up working out because although I had to squeeze into the small I quickly went down 2 sizes. Definitely would recommend!

This is a great latex waste controlled piece of undergarment. This is a great quality/very durable piece. It is not too stretchy through. So you need to order to fit your size. I should have ordered medium or large. I ordered a small size. So I cannot close the clasps at the moment. Overall I like it very much, I will use it when I lose couple lbs.

I bought this to achieve a better waist, but what I didn’t know was how much it would help my back! In addition to looking great on, its heavy duty. It allows me to sit up straight, something I usually can’t do for more than 5 minutes due to the pain. It makes me so happy! It’s such a great back support, and just what I needed I guess!

Really good quality and fit as expected. I am a medium in all my clothes and the medium size fit me perfectly. The rose print is very pretty and looks just as pictured. Would definitely recommend. I am planning to buy another one that is solid black.

I used the measurements provide by the seller and it fits like a glove. The last time I wore a waist trainer I lost weight (wearing while eating also) hopefully this time it’s going to work again. The shipping was long but I knew when ordered it wasn’t included with prime.

My first purchase was a 2X because I didn't pay attention to the measurements. I returned it and had to get a 6X. Please do not be discouraged by the size chart. This is not American sizing and you probably will need a much larger size than your norm. Also, this is supposed to fit super tight. When you receive it you should not be able to comfortably close it using the first colum. It SHOULD be TIGHT but breathable. This is my second time owning one of these and I will tell you it does help get you that hourglass shape but you do have to eat clean and workout. The latex will make you sweat. I out grew my previous one within 5 months.

Ok so let’s start with some history. I am a middle aged woman who has had 3 c sections, I have 2-3 disc herniations in my lumbar spine, along with several other complications and pain. My Dad has an incredibly bad back with 8+ disc herniations and he recommend that I use a corset and back brace. He gave me a brace which I tried, however whenever I would sit down I would just fall over because it keeps you stiff. This corset has flexible but durable material, it also is helping with waist training as an added bonus for me. This corset has helped immensely with my daily pain, and has allowed me more flexibility to try to do normal things like bend over and pick something up, stand up, or pick things up. It also helps me correct my posture. I LOVE this thing! Now some things to know, it is not very breathable, so don’t go out dressed heavily in the summer (my son thought I was going to melt from the sweat pouring down my head lol). In other words stick to shorts and a t shirt. I normally wear a size 11-13 jean and 1x shirts or similar xl-xxl and I ordered the largest size (I think it was xxl). You will not think it’s going to fit when you first try to put it on.. fear not, It’s not going to be easy the first timtime, but just start and do one hook at a time. I love this thing, and if you buy it I hope you do too!

I have been wanting one of these forever and I finally took the plunge. This waist trainer is breathable and it does really make you feel much slimmer. It was difficult to hook at first but if you lay down you can get it on the first hook. I got large and I am 5'4 and 150 pounds and it only reaches the first hook. The only thing I hate is that it pushes the backfat very up so it's much more pronounced but that's because I have large breasts and a larger back. Otherwise, it's easy to wear around the house and out and about.
