Don't get me wrong I love this waist trainer, but it's a bit tight and the only reason is my skin is saggy from pregnancy and that's what mainly makes it tight. I had another one that really stretches so I thought that this one would be the same, but it wasn't. This is not a bad thing though it actually holds way better than the other one I own and it is very comfortable. I ordered a small, but should of gone with the medium. Height is 5'6 and weight 153

I love this waist trainer! My mother recently bought one for more than twice the price and ended up using mine and loving it as well. It is very high quality and definitely gets the job done. Please note that this is a sturdy waist trainer and not a girdle. I would not recommend wearing it under tight clothes as it would be pretty obvious that you're wearing it. I also would not wear this to work out because it is a tight squeeze and waist mobility is greatly hindered. In short, I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it. In addition, I found this helped a lot with my posture, so thats a plus as well.

Love it !!! It fits and holds me in place. I am 5 foot 4 and 165 lbs and trying to loose weight and tighten my skin. Just ate lunch and I'm stuffed with half the food, hope this works!

If you are on the border of ordering this or not like I was, just do it! I am so glad I did. This is seriously such an amazing waist trainer. I wanted to buy a Premadona trainer at first (the $100+ trainers that the Kardashians promote) but then I found this cheaper alternative and took a shot. Seriously best decision made. I was a little nervous about the size to wear but went with a medium. I measured my waist at 30 inches (this is the part where you naturally curve or where you tummy creases if you bend to the side while standing up). Make sure you measure here, not the largest part of your belly! Go by the Yianna sizing chart! Not the amazon one. Although, I ordered a size down so that I could fit on the smallest hook, it's pretty tight. Definitely go by the chart! The length is perfect ( I also measured the length of my torso to ensure that I didn't need a small torso waist trainer). It doesn't really dig into my skin or anything. I saw people complaining about the smell of the product? It smells like new shoes to be honest, it's not overwhelming and I'm sure after a wash or a few wears it will go away. It doesn't smell by any means. Also, it arrived so quickly! In less than a week, it was at my house which is impressive. The material is thick and the rods are flexible but also pretty sturdy so you are forced to fix your posture (exactly what I need). First day wearing it but I will update if it starts to bend, break or anything.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. It came quick and it even came in a nice package. But the most important thing is that it fits perfect and its actually a lot more comfortable then I thought it was going to be. (This is my first time waist training) The size chart is accurate. I have a 40 in waist and I got a size smaller like I was told so I got a 3x and it fits right. You can bend in it, you can sit in it and it looks nice under your clothes, too. I would recommend this to anyone. I love it!

I first ordered a small but it was way too small so I had to return it. The return process was SUPER easy so I didn't mind it. It didn't cost me a dime to return it since the return label is provided and I just re-used the packaging. I didn't know what size to get so I wasn't too surprised that the small was too small. I re-ordered a medium and received it under 24 hours. It's amazing how fast it came because of the one-day shipping that prime members get for free with some orders $35 and up. I've only had it for a day but right now, I love it! Medium fits me perfectly. It's snug but not overly tight. It does make a difference under clothing. I would recommend it. My advice is to get your normal size because it is adjustable. You rather have it a bit looser with the option to adjust it rather than you not being able to breathe or that it is so small that you can't even get into it.

It is a little uncomfortable at first just because the average person isn't use to wearing something so restrictive but it fits as expected and I've actually noticed a decrease in my appetite wearing it.

So at first I was very weary about this product. This is my first time ordering from Amazon and my first waist trainer. I saw how cheap it was and was thinking when I get its going to be trash. My delivery date was for the 19-22 of Jan when I ordered it in the beginning of this week. I was somewhat disappointed but was suprised when it arrived 1 week early! When I got it the packaging was great! It was wrapped nice and it had no smell or defects it was in a great shape I immediately put it on and though I had a bit of a hard time it was more than what I expected I have the hourglass shape that I want ! It's extremely comfortable! It helps with my posture and makes my boobs sit up very high which I love I'm gonna repost results and stuff but I love it and I'm def. gonna keep buying!
