I love this product. It fits just right and is great for working out. The price is also great considering the other products out there can be way more expensive. I highly recommend!

I just received my waist trainer today, and I absolutely love love love it!!!!I purchased a blue and I love the vibrant color! Mines is really cleaned, no spots, no fabrications, no odor only pure beauty! Tags attached to it and was very new and fresh. I ordered a large and I wasn't sure how to order these things by size because I do wear a large in tops but these are right waist belts...so I didn't know. But, I tried mine on and snapped it right up and everything fits well. Not too tight and not loose at all, it hugs me OK. Now keep in mind these waist belts are suppose to be tight, not tight as in unbearably small but tight as in snug. They are suppose to hug your extra fat, so if you struggle putting it on , it's okay! As long as it gets onto your body, strapped up, and it's a comfortable feeling while it's on. If it helps anyone, mine wasn't the easiest to strap on, I realized what I had to do to actually get it on, and that's start hooking it FROM THE BOTTOM ON UP!! It's easier that way, no one had to help me hold it together. I'm only a size 10 in jeans with a 10 1/2 inch waist! I love the item, and I am ready to begin training!

This really works. I am 5'4 150 pounds. I order the XL to wear under a fitted, bodycon dress. OMG! Sexy, Sexy, Sexy. I have had three c sections so I have that pooch in my lower abdomen. I connected it at the tightest hook and wow! This corset completely flattened that area and created the hourglass I once had before the babies. I will order more of these

This is great. I just got mine and am new to waist training. It is very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. I had just eaten before putting it on and wow, I should have waited. This is great. Of course I want to shrink my waist, but I mainly want to not over eat. I'm a big boredom eater.
I am 5'3 , 160 lbs, wear a 34D (but have a 31 in my ribcage), 30in waist, and 39in hips. I honestly carry most of my Wight in my butt and thighs and a bit in my tummy and hips. This fits PERFECT on the last hook of a Medium.

Almost 20 days in and I am seeing results!! I can't eat much at one time, even without the corset, so I can now no longer over eat and boredom eat. I work 6 days a week, 6.5-14 hours a day, and only wear it at work. I work out 3 times a week. I have lost over an inch from my waist, an inch from my ribs, and two inches from my hips. I'm now at 30-29-37. I realize that a portion of my loss comes from working out, but I have only lost .5in from each of my thighs (1in total from there). My posture has increased and I look forward to wearing it.

The quality of this trainer is Amazing I couldn't be more happy. When I first put it on I could barely fasten on last clasps and I needed the assistance of my daughter...but the next day I went down a row and the third day I was on the first row so I'm already ordering the next size down!!! Great great product!!!!

It Really is good quality, some people talked about a strong smell but mine was fine, no smell. I like that it is supportive yet still flexible. Definitely improves your posture. I have soft hips and lower shoulder area, while I am a small amount of overweight, I do get a little upper back bulge, the hips and stomach aren't bad, but hey it's to be expected when you are redirecting fat. It's easy to hide though. I ordered according to my size and the fit was perfect. I actually use this in the evenings because I tend to snack a lot after dinner and quite honestly it is a reminder for me you can't exactly stuff your face when you are in it. Also for better posture which it is a great reminder for that. I really have nothing negative to say about it, Definitely order by their size guide.

I got this for after my pregnancy. I gained a good amount of weight after my pregnancy and wear a large shirt. I got a 2x and had difficulty getting it on at first. It's now easy to get on and I feel great wearing it. It takes some getting used to but I love it! I definitely suggest this but go up a size or two from what you would normally wear.

Fits perfect! I have a 26 inch waist and ordered the small. I ordered the beige color and expected a slight pink color because of how it was pictured but it was a light beige color so it matches my skin tone which is perfect. I've only worn it about four or five times and I can already see a difference when I'm not wearing it. I have a very small space between my ribs and hip bones so I wasn't expecting any difference but there's a lot. Make sure you follow the directions on how to properly waist train before using this product. You are supposed to start wearing it the first few days for 2-3 hours than gradually add an hour every couple of days until you are at a full 8 hours of wearing it. Doing it quickly can have adverse effects and will not give you the results you want.

The product does run small. So I got a bigger size. It took a little to put on but once I did it tucked every thing in. Can't wait to loose inches and go down a size.

I was so scared that this wouldn't fit. I had bought a xl before seeing that is my shirt size. But this time around i bought a 3xl and it fits like a glove. It really sucks you in lol and it keeps your posture up right. It doesn't hurt to move or lay down. Its awesome for me
