Love it! I'm 5'9 157 pounds, bought a large! I purchased to Helen me with posture and balance! It's great quality and I'm already feeling the difference in my posture. As we age we sometimes have a tendency to pitch the upper body forward , this helps correct it.
First time you put it in it seems difficult but each time it gets easier

Fits wonderfully! I'm 5'5'' and 175 lbs; the Large fit PERFECT on the very first row of clips. the latex material is on the outside, the inside is a felt material. This feels very well put together, and is exactly as advertised. Goes very well under clothes, and is long enough to go from panty line to just under bra line.

I typically wear a size US small/medium in shirts/dresses. I ordered a size small in the black latex based on reading through a lot of the reviews. The first go at putting it on was trying but did not take long. Got a little easier the second time and now less than a week later, I am using the second row of hooks and standing up (instead of laying down) to clasp up. It's fairly comfortable to wear. I do have a small roll on the top of my back, but most clothes don't show this anymore than an ill fitting bra might do. I have had a comfortably issue with a few of the bralettes I typically wear but they are quite worn and probably should be replaced anyway.
Helps with my posture and desire to consume. My biggest issues are bored eating and drinking a lot of beer, like a lot. I've done less of both and gone slower while consuming anything while wearing this. Will buy again if and when this one tires out or I am ready to downsize.
Please note that this is my first time using any sort of waist trainer, so I am coming from a fairly ignorant point of view overall. I however do know what comfortable and when something does what I expected and that is what I have gotten with this product.

I ordered based on my actual waist measurement and I could hook it on the smallest hooks. This is a high quality product and I am very happy with it and plan to order the next size down as well.

I normally wear a size xlarge or 1X shirt. I bought a 3xl and it fits perfectly. It is made from heavy duty quality materials. It appears to be solid with attention to details and the stitching is great. You can tell from looking at it that it is built to last and is not flimsy. I bought this because well the obvious I need to suck everything in but I also tend to slouch a lot. My posture is terrible. I sit up and stand up straighter while I'm wearing it. Overall it's a great quality and a great price. I think you would be happy with it!

This corset is BEAUTIFUL! The pink is so bright and cheery! I plan on wearing it over a black dress. it has a good amount of stretch and sucks in what needs to be sucked in! the quality of stitching is flawless and it is very sturdy.

I will be ordering the purple next!

Holy moly! This is THEE best waist cincher I have tried. I guess the third time is a charm. This item is heavy duty. If you are looking for something that gives you instant results and really holds your mid and lower belly in, look no further. The material is like a really thick almost wetsuit material. The hook and eyes are also very heavy duty which is good! I found the item a bit difficult to close, but again... That's a good thing, if not it wouldn't be working. I was able to get it on with no help. I followed the sizing directions in the photos and found it to be accurate. The only thing I have to say about it is that although it really holds in the mid to lower belly, I found the top part (under bust/around ribs) to be a little loose. Maybe loose isn't the word, there was just no compression there. I like that because of that factor, I didn't have a roll up above the cincher like I have had with other products I have tried. This item is actually very pretty, I chose black to wear under clothing, but I could definitely see wearing it over items for a steampunk or goth/industrial look. I am tempted to order different colors. I love this cincher!!!

I really like how comfortable this product is. It DOES run small. I typically wear a size 14 or Large in clothing, and I had to buy a 3x to start with in this. Works great, though, and totally worth the money!

I have tried many of these and this has been the best so far for the price. It is comfortable enough to wear to work all day sitting at a desk. It helps with my posture, curbs your appetite, and makes your waist look much tinier. I am a size 8 and a medium fits snug but perfect the way I was expecting. I am glad I purchased the 4 hook because I am still loosing weight and can make it smaller. I just ordered another color. Love this product.

I'm 5'8 and about 165lbs. I purchased a large. I did work to get into this thing. But that's probably not bad. It is comfy, considering I'm cramed into this trainer like a summer sausage. It's sturdy and seems well made.

It came in exactly when it was supposed to and fit perfectly. I had read many reviews trying to see which one I could relate to the most because I saw that the sizes run so to say odd?. I am a size 10 in pants (can push a 12 depending on fit) and a large in shirts 5'2 and I ordered a 3XL. At first I was like that's crazy but it fit just as it should, snug and clinching! Of course with being able to breathe. Just make sure you read reviews on sizing because if I didn't I would of probably got a medium thinking that if I'm normally a large and want it to clinch I was going to go medium (NOOO!). Read!

This is a awesome waist trainer this is my second one the first one became too big after a while of training my waist. The only downside is one wire always seems to poke through but I love it and will be ordering another one.

I am 5 foot, weigh 160lbs, I normally wear a size xlarge (14-16) shirt and a size 13-14 jeans. I bought a 2xl and it fits on the loosest hook. It is made with quality materials and great detail to stitching. It's super soft and smooth. I bought this because my spine is curved and my doctor told me I needed to try to help with my posture so my back doesn't get worse. I do notice a diffence with me standing taller and not slouching while it's on and my back hurts less with it on. Great product and a great price!
