So the other reviews had me freaked but I'm glad I ordered it anyway. It really turned out to be high quality and nice. I did like the other reviewer said and ordered the one in the size I WANT my waist to be. For example, I'm a 32 waist so I ordered 2-4 smaller and got the 28-30 size. There is a good gap in the back, but I like watching it grow smaller every day. Make sure you break it in before lacing up tight for real, it's a tough piece and needs to sorta be worked out into your shape. Also, I'm tall 5'9 and was worried about it being too short for my torso but it's really not. I really enjoy the way it fits because if it went any lower it would uncomfortably hit my hip bone.

I love this product. It has done a great job helping me sweat in he tummy area. I have only worn it while out for the day or cleaning the house and I noticed great results when I remove it. It gives great back support as well.

On the first day I wore it for 10 hours ! It was comfortable. I bought a size medium because I'm a size medium in shirts and it fit just fine. A little hard to put on but... gets very comfortable.

I wear a size 8-10 in pants and the large fit perfectly. Although it could stretch and fit someone larger it might cut into your waist and look unflattering if you wear a tight bodice. The fullness was perfect for the 50's dress
