    I am between a size 9-10 and ordered an XL which fits perfectly (snug but breathable). I really like the style/cut of the corset. It not only covers and pulls the stomach in but also provides support in the groin area. It doesn't roll up or down and looks good on.

    (Ordered the breathable latex, 5'5 , 195 lbs when I first ordered) I wore an XL in tops usually, and I knew these are meant to be snug to work properly so I ordered my normal size. Within 3 months I was on the tightest clasp, then it started feeling looser than I needed. I assumed it was just stretching out but I ordered a large just to see. The large fit perfectly on the loosest clasp, it was really working! I'm now ordering a medium because the large is now feeling loose on the tightest row of clasps. Since ordering my first one about 6 months ago I've lost about 15 lbs and I'm down 3 sizes. I try to eat well but I'm not dieting and I don't actively exercise besides daily activists most of the time. I feel I just eat less when wearing this. It's important to note that these work best when they're VERY snug. The first time I put mine on it was like wrestling, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the whole thing clasped, I almost threw out my shoulder getting it on! But now I've got the hang of it and I can do it quickly. It's very comfortable and I have full range of movement. Sitting is fine, and I can stretch, bend and do anything I usually do. I'd also like to note that I have 3 herniated discs and this thing really helps my posture and I find I have less back pain while wearing it. I'd give this more stars if I could, this thing is magic!!

    I really recommend this one. It's fits me perfectly. I haven't experienced any issues with this product. I work in mines 8hr . Sometimes i only wear it for about 3 or 4 hours . I haven't yet workout at the gym in mines yet but I will be soon .once it's broken into this should be something easy for most to wear . At first it can be discomfort but when you wear it often as I do it should be a regular clothing. I've gotten many compliments and I have seen some results. I've purchased the vest one with this brand but it was uncomfortable due to the straps but this one is just perfect!!!!
