    Yaaaaasss!! I love these... So my waist is 43in i'm 5'10 and about 200 something pounds and I got size 2X could have done well also with a 1X but it still fits perfectly it holds in all that fat!!! It does take some effort to get into and some more to get it off but that's the price you pay for the bomb shape you'll get!!! Kept it on the whole day and it wasn't uncomfortable at all!! would recommend!!

     i've used waist trainer, tummy control pants and all sorts of things BUT this by far is thee BEST thing i have ever tried traditional waist trainers DO NOT stay in place you have to constantly readjust them and the biggest problem with regular waist trainers is they squeeze you and give your upper body a muffin top affect. THE TOP MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!!! it stays put during a workout! its comfortable! you don't have to buy a new size after losing pounds!

    This is very comfortable and very easy to put on and take off. Yes, the purpose is to pull everything in, which is what it does very well, but it shouldn't be a torture device. This is not the case with this waist trainer!

    I'm 5'3 175 lb I ordered an xl the first day was uncomfortable wearing it but I'm now on day 4 & its fitting better. should be able to move to the 2nd row of hooks by next week. I already see my waist taking shape. I love it

    Fast shipping !!! I've gained a couple of pounds I'm getting back on track . I'm on a budget not trying to spend so much money on things like this came across this on Amazon . I opened the package ...at first I honestly thought it was way to small for it to be a 2XL but I tried it on & it fits very well and the material is super comfy and soft ....the first day it's going to fit somewhat tight but you'll get use to it . Can't wait to see my results
