    It really helps. It is shipped quickly, and it's VERY well made compared to others I've tried. I also appreciate that these people made three different lengths of hooks, so as you lose the fat, you can go in a little smaller, like a belt loop. Hopefully, by the time I get to the smallest hooks, I'll no longer need it at all. :-)

    Fits nice and tight and gives a nice hour glass shape while still being able t move. If you wear a tight shirt/dress you will be able to see the seems but not a lot.

    Ok so I hesitated so much to order one online because of the holidays and fear it wouldn't fit well today I got it opened it up and put it on it was a struggle at first but got it and it fits prefect a little tight but not uncomfortable it's made in China so go a size or 2 up because it runs small

    I ordered this product because the good reviews. I ordered mine in nude. Color cant be seen under clothes. First time trying it on, I had to recruit my husbands help. We barely got it on the first hook. I ordered a medium, which us my standard size. (5ft 3inch, 135lbs, wear 27inch waist.) Second time wearing it, I was able to get it on the second hooks. Great shape. Breathable. Helps with posture. If you are riding in the car all day or going to dinner and the movies, dont wear this. Difficult to sit comfortably.
