It does fit a little small, but compared to others I've purchased, this one keeps everything in place! Ill definetly get 1 size up and work my way down to the one I just received. I love it even though it fits a little tight lol

just follow the guide as to your size and it will be perfect, I went by a lot of the reviews that you need to order a size smaller than suggested and WRONG, so I returned the first order, (very easy return!) and ordered this one and though somewhat small, I still got it on, but decided to wait another week or so to lose a few more pounds (have lost 28 so far) for it to be a bit more comfortable. I did wear it a whole day, and it does give/stretch a little bit so I didnt want to order a larger size. Below the rib cage im 38 inches, but after 3 kids, im 40 in the lower abs, (yes all that gut of loose flab ugh) but since I changed my eating habits, I have lost weight and continue to lose but need the extra help to smooth out the abs and this thing really does work, Im now wearing a size 10 and just for kicks I went shopping on the day I wore this and I fit into a size 8! so to wrap things up, its great, it works, its livable as long as you get the right size, I have the XL, and tho a bit to tight, i still wore it a day but am waiting another few more pounds before wearing full time. Plus maybe I wont almost kill myself with heart failure with the struggle of getting it on lol

I love this! I ordered a XXL and of course used it for a month went down to the third loop, I have noticed this has worked on me because I can see it has flatten my tummy. I have now ordered an XL because the XXL is now to loose on me. This really works.

The thong body shaper. Waist is 38 inches, hips are much bigger, I bought an XL. It fits great and sucks all the fat in and smooths everything out. If you're tall or have a long torso the thong may be a bit uncomfortable. I didn't really follow the size chart because 3X seemed to big for me. I wear an XL shirt so I got an XL. It took a while to get on and up because of my thighs and hips but once its past that point it was fine. I would suggest wearing it when you first get it to help break it in. Do not wait until you need to wear it for an event. Put it on, wear it for a few hours see how it feels, if it makes you itch or sweat more than usual so you can determine how it will work for you while you're out. The only issue I have is that the thong/crotch strap is trying to give me a really aggressive camel toe. I don't think I could have that strapped all night. I like this one so I'd buy again hopefully next month in a Large.

I ordered a medium corset and it fit great. I'm 5'3, 140, 29 inch waist, long torso. I was only able to latch the first hook on day one and it's now day 5 and I can latch the second hook! I do workout 4 days a week with two days of heavy cardio (30 minutes of stairs this week) so keep that in mind. Faster results if you incorporate some cardio! Love working out in this waist trainer.

I had the product for over a week and I love it. I'm 5'3 and 160 lbs most of my weight is on my stomach area. I'm already on the second row and I do see a noticeable difference in my love handles. Not to mention that my posture is improving. I ordered an XL and it fits, I thought it was too small at first but you have to just suck it in and it get the job done.

Hey ladies sorry after searching for a waist trainer I viewed other reviewside n decided to order this waist trainer in must say that I love it good material only thing I wish it was tighther I ordered a 6xl I am a size 20 22 but when I received it i notice it was alil. Big but was so eager to wear n didn't have time to return it but anyway I kept it i wear it everyday for more than 8 hours let's see how my results go i think i need to go down to a size 4xl maybe I get this in in less than 3 min that's how easy it is for me worth the money
