    I wear this while doing cardio. After 45 mins, I'm sweating like crazy. Exactly what I was looking for! Typically, I need a high impact sports bra - not with this. Everything is kept in place and it's comfortable. Easy to hide under a loose shirt. It had a faint chemical odor, directly from the package. All odors were gone after the 2nd wash. I would definitely buy again.

    I ordered this basically to see what the craze is all about. It definitely sinches up your waist. I feel like the product does exactly what it is supposed to do, however I will be passing it on to a friend who will be super excited to get it.

    Ok so I bought this and I'm a L in shirts so I thought I'll get a XL it should fit perfect (ignoring the size chart) I prob would have been good with a XXL but I can still use this one on the first row. The material is really nice. Definitely worth the price.

    Very happy with my purchase. This is my second waist trainer, must cheaper but better quality than the one I had bought from a Teen Mom Instagram ad.. I bought true to size based on my height and weight.. 5'3 175lbs, xxl. My body has not recovered from having two babies in 1.5 years and while I'm out in public I don't want to be self-conscious in pictures with my babies and having fun. So I bought this to wear under my clothes until I can get back into pre-baby shape. This isn't a substitute for excerisze or diet but it does work to look slimmer underneath clothes. These are REALLY tight. That doesn't mean you got the wrong size as other comments say. Just lay down as you're putting it on like you would with too-tight jeans.. It won't work if you get a size too big for you.

    If you are looking for a good sash Do not hesitate to buy this one, it was recommended 100% just make sure your size I weigh about 200 pounds and order a size L I think an Xl would have served me better but I am glad to see you bought this product And the size L also worked so much that I do not stop using it is totally amazing miracles in your body molds it exelente. (Thanks to the seller for having this belt for the market that we need) I am very happy with my purchase and ask for more
