    This is my 1st time trying a waist trainer. I am 5'2 and weigh 140 pnds I wear a medium. I ordered a medium according to my waist measurements and it was perfect. The first time I put it on I was able to use the 2nd row of hooks and it was comfortably tight, but I was able to breath and wear it all day at work. I am excited for this journey and already ordered the size small so I will have it when I am ready to go down in size. Sorry, I didn't take picture.

    I love the trainer. You can’t tell I have it on under my clothes which is a big plus. It’s comfortable and I can move around in it. I wear a 16 in bottom n 2x in tops. I will do an update next month to show how it’s holding up.

    I’m 5 “6” and 130lbs. I could not pull over my hips. Granted my hips are 39.5 inches, so I tried to pull over my head and that didn’t work either. I wear size small tops and my bust is 34B. I was only able to get one arm in. I’m returning for a size medium. The overall looks is classy. I can’t wait to really test it out.

    To my Surprise , it fit so Comfortably . I would not Recommend working out with it , I just like to Wear it for about 10 hours a Day . This product also help with posture & back issues . Highly recommend product ! 8/10 Stars for me .
