It fits perfect and looks great under my clothes.**Update: It gives great support and I literally worn it all night on a dinner date! I was able to eat and still be comfortable.I definitely recommend this trainer!

    Feels really good on the skin and comfortable! I’m usually a large in shirts with a 37” waist and I went up 2 sizes. The XXL fits perfectly on the last hook with room to tighten. I’m using this for waist training, but also to help with my posture and back pain as I recently found out I have scoliosis. Hope this helps!

    Was bigger than I expected so I had to take it in a couple inches but had a good amount of poof. I appreciate that it was lined so the tulle didn’t make my legs itchy.

    Honestly if you know how to accurately measure yourself this is true to size. Getting into it it’s gonna take some strength, you might break a nail but it’s worth it. also you will sweat in this and I mean sweat (but that’s probably because I have to walk uphill whenever I go home and I wear it under a hoodie and jeans ) but definitely worth the money are used it a handful of times and it keeps its shape! If you have a big butt don’t worry there is support you you can also fix the bottom to make it larger in case it’s giving you a wedgy. Definitely worth the money!

    I am 16, 5’2, and about 122lb. At first I bought an extra small but soon found that was way to small. I returned and got a small and it fits great! Very comfy and good shaping. My waist is already kinda small but it helped hide the weight I gained over quarantine.Advice to girls with broad shoulders: Put this on feet first, I got stuck trying to put it on head first lol.
