This is a beautiful quality product though I need to lose 5 lbs to use it without hurting myself. If I were to order again I would have ordered one inch larger. My waist is 28.5. And I ordered 28 - 30 thinking it would be ample. When you try bending with this product on keep your back straight. It is super cute. Still I bought a lightweight body shaper at a department store, it is much more comfortable.

I'm 5'5 155lbs with DD bust size, bought a Medium and initially found it pinched under my breast bone. I found that by placing the clincher under my bra worked better or wearing a cami under the clincher. It is very firm and durable. I couldn't wear it under a thin shirt or dress but with a cami over it it camoflaged the laces and hooks better. It does help with posture and is flexible enough to do light-moderate exercise in. I've worn it all day at work (9hrs) and found it moderately comfortable. I do feel I eat less and take smaller (deep) breaths due to the tightness of the clincher but I'm new to this so maybe it shouldn't be this tight? In any case I've had it for a week or so now and love how it accentuates my hour glass figure with a smaller waist! Hope you all enjoy!

When I first took it out the package, honestly I could hardly even get it on. But when I finally gave it a good tug started to wear it, it started to stretch a little. It's obviously still very tight but it's sort of comfortable and it even improves my posture.

Girlfriend writing the review: I love it, but I keep forgetting to wear it everyday. At first, I didn't put it on properly, then the next day I figured it out. I have to loosen it at times because I get carried away and strap it way too tight. :) I have to say though, when I put it regularly around my waist, some of my fat goes up towards the part under my boobs, so I try to distribute the waist belt evenly so it will train that part to go down too. :) I like this product way better than the previous waist trainer I had bought in which I had to tighten the lace in the back and try to buckle the metal buckles in the front.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this amazing product. I ordered an XS. I am 5'1 34-26-36. It was a bit of a struggle to get it on. But once it's on, it provides the best FIRM support and sucks everything up. I wore it all day comfortably. It really takes inches away from your waist and tummy. No bumps and very slimming. Very well constructed with heavy duty material. Very pleased indeed!

I am totally new to the whole waist training thing. This is my first one and it is great. It is very comfortable u like other stories I have hears. The first day it was a bit tight but now I put it on with ease so may have to go smaller. I don't see the physical shrinkage in my waist but it does get loose. SO NOT sure if it's stretching or if it's working lol. I guess I would have to buy another to Compare. Other than that I think k it's great. Oh and I was able to work out in it. It hurt like hell it really keeps your core in and that was amazing

I love it. It doesn't hurt like one of my waist trainers do, and its not loose like my other waisted trainer. It fits just perfectly. I've been wearing mine everyday since it came in the mail and I can already tell I'm loosing inches.

I love this and it came in handy! I bought a 50's era dress and I knew it just wouldn't look the same without a petticoat underneath. This was an awesome price, so I ordered it.
