    i purchased and Xsmall and all i can say is OMG!!! after wearing steel boned heavy lacing corsets this is the most comfortable waist trainer i have EVER worn, the material is so sturdy its sexy it smooths it fits in all the right places, and for the price OMG!!     I'm very surprised at how well the product is made and fits. The material does not make me itch or sweat. Sizing chart is very accurate. I'm 5'6 115-120 lbs and I got the medium and it fits great! I recommend this one over a lot of other ones that iv seen.

    I am 5'4 and 120 pounds the small was perfect sizing. This is my first trainer and I was very scared, but thanks to all the people who wrote reviews I was able to get the perfect size. It is made from good material and is a cheap alternative. I do not regret buying.

    I'm usually a size medium but decided to get a small. The trainer still fits good and is as comfortable as a waist trainer can be. I love the color as well. Waaaaaay better than my last waist trainer. The material is thick and of very good quality. It does kind of bend on the right side once it's on but that doesn't too much bother me. It'll smooth out once I begin to lose fat.

    It's great quality. Shapes abdominal area gracefully. For bigger size please keep in mind that the way it distributes your weight it will result on a bulge on the upper back, but its pretty normal.

    This is a great cincher and I love wearing it during my exercises. Only thing is I can't wear it all day or for at least 8 hours because I nurse and it's really stiff so I can bent down while sitting. Other than that, very nice materiel, durable, and strong hooks. Thank you for this product.

    If you by the chart it should fit. It is a waist trainer so it will be tight at first. I absolutely love it! I've seen improvements already, I've only had it a week. It's sturdy but not to constricting.

    The shaper is super comfortable. Most shapers you don't want to wear for more time than you really have to. I can wear this all day. I ordered a medium and it fit perfect. I will be ordering a smaller size for those days I want the cinched waist with comfort. My only complaint is the straps are a little far apart for me and sometimes dig into my arm.

    I LOVE It! It is very well made. When I pulled it out it was heavy, (steel boned) and very soft. It is comfortable and fit exactly for my true waist measurement. I am on the short side, 5.1 with a short waist, but the length is perfect. I am still in the seasoning process, but I wear it during dinner/evening when I tend to snack. After 5 days of seasoning I have lost 4 pounds so it is working for weight loss. I will end up having to buy a smaller one realitively soon, but for the price no big deal. I have a rib that sticks out a bit and I can feel the most pressure on it, but it is not painful. I am hoping that it will be corrected with corsetting since it is a floating rib.

    I had my doubts with this item at first but I must say I absolutely love it. You do need to mould into it but once you do its simply amazing. The only downfall I could find was that its a shame you cant wear it under your fitted clothing. But it does wonders to your posture and supressing your appetite as a bonus :) once I achieve my goal will definitely be purchasing the next size down.

    This waist trainer is great. I purchased a size smaller so that it would have a tight fit and it definitely was really tight. Which is what I expected. So I would say it runs true to size according to the size chart. It feels comfortable and the material is thick and sturdy.
