This is the first waist trainer I've purchased. I was a little nervous on the sizing, but I went with my instincts and ordered a large. I wear size med-large in shirts and measured 34 around my belly button. It fits perfect. A little hard to get on at first but I want it tight. Once it's on it wasn't too tight that I was uncomfortable or couldn't breathe, but tight enough to do what it's intended to do. The quality is excellent. Very thick and not itchy or irritating to my skin. I have somewhat of a short torso and this fit me great length wise. A little shy of my bra strap on my back, but doesn't create any issues. I have yet to wear this regularly to see if there are any results to my waist size. UPDATE: Photo included after 7 days of use, 4 hours each morning. *I also used Hot Shot lotion with my trainer* Lost 2 inches!

I just received my waist trainer and I must say I love it!! It helps with my posture and not only that I don't feel stuffed like a lot of my grittles use to have me. I can move around, bend town, and everything. I have a XL and fits really good!!

(Ignore the name, me abd my boyfriend share an account) Package came right to my door. I ordered the black XL. I'm 5'9 and weight 192 pounds...my waist is like a 31 I think ... Fits great on the first hooks I can't weight to see my body by the time I get to the 3rd hook ! Love it

This is my first waist trainer ever so I didn't know what to expect when I purchased it. And when I say I am thoroughly pleased... that is an understatement. Other than the fact I had to get a 3X when I naturally wear an extra large in clothing, I love it. It is a bit short though and I wish they made them for those of use with longer waist lines (I am 5'11 and approximately 220), but it wasn't that short. It really gave me an hourglass look under my t-shirt and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I was able to walk in it, sit in it, lay down in it, and lay on my side in it. I wore it for about 8 hours when I got it yesterday and was only able to hook the first row. Today when I put it on, I was able to hook the first hook to the second row. I'm so impressed that I ordered the other one also, also this one has the ridges and the other one doesn't so it may work better with my fitted t-shirts. If you are looking for a waist cincher that's going to hold you in and give you that hourglass shape without a lot of roll over, this is the one to get!!!

Love it so far! Only been wearing it for two days but my posture has improved and my stomach is looking a little flatter:). Height: 5' 8 Weight: 135 Size ordered: Small (Little difficult to get on but you want a tight fit!) I'd suggest order to size suggested not to go up one. It's a waist CINCHER, it's suppose to be really tight.

Ok so heres the thing about this waist trainer. First off, i did my research on the best waist trainers for a couple weeks before purchasing this one. When i received it it was in nice packaging,very nice material and looked very well made. However, i had a very hard time trying to put it on. I struggled and then my arms started to hurt. So i decided to return it. I emailed customer service and wow are they great and quick to respond!!!! I asked them for a tutorial on how to put it on and they sent me a link to one on youtube. Wow did it help!! Now i wear the waist trainer and put it on and off by myself with no problem. That youtube video needs to be sent to every person that purchases this waist trainer. This is a serious corset here. Heavy steel bones, strong laces, etc. I bought one size smaller than suggested by the sizing chart, just to have somewhere to go if I really wanted to cinch a lot (have 31 waist, and ordered the Medium) It just totally hourglasses your figure... I'm feeling like Aha! So that's how all those regular people end up looking like Comic book characters -- they've been cheating :-) Get one of these, and you too can look like you were just drawn that way Lol. I can't imagine putting it on without a helper, but i think it is possible, with some practice. It's also not too bulky to wear under an average fit T-shirt...

Good product. I had actually gotten a smaller one and returned it but I think I should of kept it. Either way the one I have is awesome. I had begun seasoning it but I'm in bed with a fever and not wearing it today. It's as comfortable as one would expect it to be and I love how it l look in it. Definitely recommend.

I love my waist trainer! It came in the mail super fast and is very comfortable. I'm short so it fits me nice but if you're taller it may be too short for your torso!
