    I measured my waist and ordered the size according to the chart. It is initially a little tough to fasten but over a few days it became much easier. This waist trainer is much more comfortable than others I have tried in the past! I love that there are 3 hooks that change with your shape. It fits well under clothes.

    Great waist cincher. Comfortable for all day wear and goes unnoticed under my clothes. My waist is a 31.5 in and I could have gotten a medium instead of a large. Definitely see a difference.
