    I bought this with a lot of skepticism. But....I am very happy that this belt has exceeded my expectations. It instantly improves posture, and gives me a shape that I thought I would never have. It does smell like rubber tires when it comes from the package, but with some Febreeze, it's just fine now.

    Easy for daily wear. Very comfortable and instantly slims down. I can wear it while at work, the gym, or even lounging and sleeping. The spiral steel bones are flexible but resume their natural shape one the garment is removed and do not dig in at all.

    I am 5,3 and 133 pounds based on the chart I should got a medium, but having 3 lines of buttons I thought I should manage to wear it tight And I am glad I did because it fits tight enough and its comfortable I can use it all day and it doesn't bother me, gives me better posture and reshapes your figure after a while

    I know it's very affordable which is making you have second thoughts, but ladies you better go get your waist trainer because this waist trainer is perfect, it's exactly what you need and it's exactly what your looking for. The quality is amazing if your unsure about your size measure your waist. But returning is super easy so don't beat yourself up if you get the wrong size it takes two days for the returning process. I got a new waist trainer by the end of the week **by the way the waist trainer has a perfect length to it, covers about everything ** **will do an update and my size is a 3XL*

    I love the waist trainer but must say I ordered it once in a medium which is what I figured I would wear and it was much much to small, I ended up having to order and XL and I'm 5'4 and 125lbs so that was unexpected. Other than that I really love it and I do feel that it works!

    Ok i see another review that Products is too small but i still order small size fit really tight but I love it im 5'6 and 141 pounds i usually wear medium size I just delivery years ago still have 10 pounds baby weight and this time is third time so my barely really stretch a lot but this one really help me to be feel better thank u and i love it t

    The quality of his product is amazing. I am 5'9 175 lbs and I purchased a large. Although it is a snug fit on the last hooks I am very happy that I got the large and not extra large. This is my first time ordering a waist trainer so I have nothing to compare it to.

    Extremely happy with this waist trainer, the good: is it doesn't move, doesn't roll or slip, the bad: is the smell (rubbery) quickly goes away though. Quality is exceptional for the $. I would definitely recommend to anyone

    I LOVE IT!!! I wear it at home as a waist trainer and it helps with my posture. I wear it outside with some outfits and I get complimented ALL THE TIME. I love the fit and feel. After wearing it for a long time, it does it bothersome but it is awesome none the less. When putting it on, I highly suggest loosening the strings first. You can always tighten them after. I am planning on purchasing more from this same brand because it is a quality corset. I've had it for nearly 6 months and wear it once a week (I need to train myself to wear the waist trainer!) and it has held up so far. Not a rip or busted seam. I have not washed it yet because I have not sweated much in it. It doesn't smell bad, but I would say IF it gets dirty, wipe with a clean cloth and maybe febreze it. You do not want to put this in your washer or dryer. As far as sizing, it was perfect. You need to measure your waist then look at the size options drop down. I believe it is try as can be. I know if I lose weight, I can user this for about another inch or two. What are you waiting for?
