    I'm 5'6 and I weigh around 160 lbs. My waist measured in at about 34 inches. I got an XL without thinking twice, I just received it today and it's a little big. I'm already on the third row. But it's amazing! It handled my muffin too so well. You couldn't even tell I had one! 10/10 I would recommend someone getting this. Just be careful when choosing the right size, it's not about what size you wear, it's about how big your waist is. I wear small to medium size shirts but I got an XL waist trainer, I wish I got a large mainly because I like snug fit. But this will do for now.

    I must say the material seems excellent. And please follow the measurements provided on line. I went a size down because some reviewers stated it fit better, well if you want your insides in your throat, yeah then go one or more down. So I'm going to wait until I drop a few inches in my waist so it want feel uncomfortable. Oh yeah I ordered the two day shipping and at first at the check out, it predicted 5 business days which I didn't like. However, it came in the two business days that I paid for.

    There is a difference between waist trainers and corsets', so if you're looking for a trainer that you see on popular celebrities, this isn't for you. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL, AND IT IS AMAZING.     I bought this with a lot of skepticism. But....I am very happy that this belt has exceeded my expectations. It instantly improves posture, and gives me a shape that I thought I would never have. It does smell like rubber tires when it comes from the package, but with some Febreeze, it's just fine now.
