    I normally wear a medium in shirts but I ordered a large in the product due to the recommended size measurement. It fits snug on the first rings as it should. I have a long torso and it fits perfect. If you have a shorter torso, this product may be too long.

    I ordered this product based off of the reviews everyone posted. This is my very FIRST waist trainer/shaper and I did not want to get the regular one that hurts(from what I heard) this one fits excellent and I'm PLUS SIZE if your looking for a waist trainer this should be your first one I cannot wait to start my journey wish me luck (:

    So happy to have my shaper. I am 5'3 153lbs...short torso. I got a medium could of tried a small, but I'm very please with the medium fit.
