    I am 5'5 and weigh 172 pounds. I ordered an XL. Although it is VERY COMFORTABLE, I wish I would have ordered a size medium or large. I would like to be able to cinch it tighter! Seems to be made of quality material. GREAT BACK SUPPORT! Will probably wear this to work under my scrubs and get a few more to wear at home!

    I actually really love this corset. The material it's made out of makes you sweat, but that's good for workouts! It's great to wear during workouts. It's very comfortable! I'm highly impressed! It is true to size so follow the chart they offer.

    Fast delivery and awesome quality garment! As another reviewer wrote, the garment us meant to fit tight . I thought if this when I received my large size ordered. I needed help getting it on the first time but once it confirmed to my body it did give enough fur me to be comfortable in it. Just give it an hour or so, that's it! After the initial wear, you'll be fine getting on yourself. The garment is great! I'm 5.5 and 158 lbs. average size waist with a little bit of a gut, wearing size 10 in dress pants, 8 in stretch-type jeans. Love this garment. I bought two. One with the shoulder strap and one without. I prefer the one without as the one with straps lifts your boobs and makes them look bigger than they are. I'm the type who's not crazy about big boobs so I wear that one at night or at home only. It's nice to have two to rotate. In one week, they both feel tight but a very comfortable tight and I need no help putting them on. Hope this info helps. Give it a try and buy 2.

    Fit perfectly. .. I'm 5'6 188 lbs (more muscle than fat lol) I ordered a large and it was the best choice after a couple of days & healthy lifestyle I'm already on the 2nd row... will b ordering a medium soon
