THIS IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! Ladies this is tight so good luck pulling it on and off BUT that’s exactly what I wanted something to snatch my waist, I am very squared and want an hour glass figure and this was the product to do it!!! Lifechanging! Best shapewear I have ever tried! Ive lost alot of weight and have loose skin on my belly and needed something to suck me in and smooth the tummy. It sucks you in all the right places and almost lifts the butt slightly! Would buy again and again!

This is a MUST for my wardrobe. Not only does it help to “suck in” my problem areas, but it’s comfortable and undetectable (at least under jeans/mid-weight materials) I’m buying another because I never want to go without when one is in the laundry.

Damn this thing is amazing. It sucks your stomach in and makes everything super smooth. It takes some serious work to get into-lots of sweating and pulling but once it’s on it’s super comfortable and forces you to have good posture. Follow the size chart for the best fit. I’m normally a L/XL and had to order a 3x. Will definitely wear this frequently.

Works great! Love that I don’t have to fight to take it off everyone I go to the restroom! Definitely recommend this. The only thing for me is the zipper. Would be nice to not be able to see it through tighter fitting clothes

It runs a little small so I would recommend going up a size, I’m 5’8 and 192 lbs I ordered the xl I should of gotten a 2x for a better fit. I will be ordering it soon

It took me a few weeks of searching for the right one to wear under a dress for a wedding im attending soon. Im 5.2, 160 lbs, wear medium tee, 10/12 pants. My stature is petite and most of my weight is in my belly, hips/thighs I was really torn between a medium and a large. I picked a Large and i'm glad I did! It compresses and smooths out my mid section without cutting or digging into my back and hips while still feeling very snug & secure . I wanted to feel like I can still sit and move around and I can. I think a medium would have given a more drastic contour but I would have felt suffocated. The thong is what it is so dont buy if you dont wear them, if you want to feel completely comfortable maybe get something with shorts but that wouldnt have worked with my dress so this was the better option for me. All and all I am relieved it works and will probably use it again if i'm forced out of my yoga pants/hoody lifestyle in the future.

I ordered a medium after reading the reviews and wish i would have gotten a large. (Im almost 5'10 and weigh 162 lbs which is all in my belly and love handles) i love how this completely smoothed out my muffin top but the boy shorts flattened my butt which wasn't exactly awesome.

I only care about 2 things: not visible and muffin top container. This one is perfext with both, while other spanx only seem to care about the front, and leave you back looking as if you had nothing, this one smoothes perfectly the back too. In the thong version, it's impossible to see unless the strap peeks out, I do wish the strap looked more like a tank top because it's very obvious when it's visible. When you take it off, you will be sweaty and it leaves a bad smell. But nothing a shower won't take off, and again, i only care about muffin top and discretion, everyt5else is bonus points for me

I wore this over the weekend. Its great. The only thing..when you take it off its a bit moist! After re-reading the description, It helps weight loss! Which is great! I love it! I had to have help getting in the shaper at first! Lol it much more comfy than what the dr gave me.
