So effective. I wish I would’ve given in and bought shapewear sooner. I can finally wear all of my old dresses with more confidence than when I used to wear them. It definitely “tucks you in”, but it’s kind of all over instead of concentrated in just one place so it’s more of a light hug as opposed to a tight squeeze. Didn’t get hot under a velvet dress. If that’s not proof of breathability, I don’t know what is.

There are three layers of materials in the waste line area a really nice soft material against the skin a rubber material in the middle and a nice soft material on the outside. I really like this product where it often. I have a 31 and a half inch waist I got a medium a little bit difficult to get it over the butt and hips however once it's on it's comfortable throughout the day, this product has a thong bottom with two hooks making it easy to use the restroom.

I got this to wear as a compression garment after liposuction. One drawback, for that use, is that it is a pull-one, not latch/zip piece so I wasn't able to use it for the first week. That said, it is VERY comfortable to wear 24-7 and does not show any visible lines under clothing. I have a particularly long torso, so was concerned about it being too short but the furthest adjustable crotch setting is fine for me. I'm definitely hanging on to this piece to wear as needed - it's a really quality purchase.

I’m 5’4 and 150 lbs and I wear usually a size 7-9 in jeans. I bought the large based on reviews and it’s kinda hard to get on but nothing too crazy. Although it does bunch up in the back for me and creates a back roll that I didn’t have before. which I think that means there’s too much extra fabric? So I’m gonna buy the medium and see if it’s better. Other than that it is very comfortable and works like a charm for the belly pouch.

I am 5’6 and 150 lb and got the medium. It is pretty hard to get on but once you get it on it’s very comfortable and slims everything down. I was scared thinking the back fat would show but no. I think I might get a small soon because while it does slim Me down But i do want an even more slim look. It looks great under dresses and tight clothing. You cannot tell you’re wearing it.

Love this! It makes every dress look great and you can’t see any lines or where the suit is. I normally get worried you may be able to see bands or wires but because this does not have that, it blends right in!

I am 5’3 225 lbs and 2mo this post partum. I wear a size 14/16 and the XXXL worked for me! Mine doesn’t have a zipper. I’m using it to help retract my belly. Very satisfied. I wish they offered one that wasn’t a thong.

I am 7 weeks post-op from a timmy tuck. I have to wear compression all the time. This product is a life saver. It is super flattering and very comfortable. I wear it all day long at work & home! I am 5'3, 38D & 160lbs. I wear both the large and xl. The XL is comfortable & breathable. The large is a bit more snug, but becomes bearable throughout the day. I've found if I put the straps on the loosest setting, they don't dig into my arms as much. This is the best product for the money! Totally worth it and will be buying more!

I really love this. I’m 5’10 190. Most of the weight I carry is in the front of my stomach. This product did a really good job at flattening that. It kind of went into the rolls in my sides but I don’t think that is avoidable with my body. Also I’ve always had the side bra fat issue and this didn’t really help with that but I’m so pleased with how it flattened my stomach that the flaws don’t matter. Seems to be really well made.

This is really nice material im 160 lbs and medium fits perfectly nice.. i really really recommend it as it really helps you with your side fats (i called it my tires lol)
