    This is exactly what I was looking for to add to my workout gear. I am not the kind of person who sweats much so adding this to my clothing makes me get the sweat needed to feel like I am actually working out. It feels good on and I love the velcro feature that allows me to adjust for comfort. Heres hoping I can lose more weight!

    I love this so much...It's better than a ordinary waist trainer, because it covers your back fat; instead of bulging it up like a regular trainer.
    The way it makes u sweat is amazing. And the support for the breast is impressive at the gym.

    I thought it was going to fit small so I ordered it in a larger size when actually I could have gotten a smaller size. Is very comfortable and not bulky. The pricing of this item is below prices on other websites and others vendor sites.

    I really like this sauna best I wear it when I work out. I benefit the most from it when I use albolene cream for my midsection and man do I sweat. By the way my package came on a timely manner.

    If you're looking for a neoprene vest this is a winner. Because Amazon offers free shipping and returns on some items I ordered 3 vests from different venders and the Yianna is the best. The deciding factor for me was the large zipper. The others have a regular size zipper that makes it difficult to zip up. In fact I couldn't even get the zippers half way up on the other two. The larger zipper makes this vest the best choice in my opinion.
