I love my vest!!! I am 290lbs 5’6 and a 42DD. I ordered the 5X and it fits just fine. It rides up while working out because I have a lot of butt. But other than that. I love it! Motivates me to lose more so it will stop riding up lol.

I love this! I am 5'1 -225lb-44F bra. I think because I am short it does ride up just a little on my back but it doesn't roll up. The zipper stays up my whole workout. I got a 5xl omg worth every penny!

I absolutely loved it ! It helps sweat!’very snug, especially around the Breast area. Even if your a medium, if you have D cup boobs get large. It still fits around the stomach area real snug ! I have been using this product with a waist trainer and got cream, plastic wrap while working out . So I can’t say how it works alone . But combined with a decent workout and beautifully
