You want to sweat? Wear this. I have used this a couple times(when i am not feeling lazy to workout.) I got on my rower with this thing on and I had sweat everywhere. This also helps with strapping your girls down. So you can definitely do some jumping jacks and not have to worry about getting a black eye! Also helps with that figure.
