I love this vest! I followed the fitting guide on the picture and it was spot on for me. The top is a little tight, but I believe it’s supposed to be that way. It actually does make you sweat also! Very pleased:)

I wear a medium shirt and ordered this in a medium. I wore this to the track and it was great. I wear wireless headphones and was able to place my iPhone in the flap of the suit and it never fell out. I was pouring with sweat when I was done working out. I especially wanted to target my back rolls.
