so I am so excited for the waist trainer results , I bought it and it came earlier than expected .I looked at others people reviews and thought I should get a side up but when I did I am using the second book instead of the first .I got XL instead of Large ..I advise getting your regular size so you don’t have to buy the actual size you should of got in the first place .

Make sure you get the exact size of your panties and nothing smaller especially if you have a belly. Lol. I made that mistake but will be ordering another one with exact size or bigger.*****Update***** I originally ordered a large because I’m an xl but didn’t fit then I ordered an xxl and it fits perfect....the material is so comfortable. I’ve purchased shapers in the past and they were so uncomfortable or too loose but this one is a keeper. I definitely will recommend.

I have been looking for an affordable yet effective waist trainer and LADIES! THIS. IS IT!! I am 5'7 & I weigh about 165lbs & I bought a medium. The medium fits great, I could've gotten a small for a more snug fit. I wore this trainer under my clothing & I had no bulkiness or bulging. I wore this trainer for 12 hours going about my daily work routine, (bending, lifting, and standing on my feet) with no problems. This trainer stayed in place, no rolling or sliding. This trainer is long enough to fit my entire torso including my fupa, lol. I look forward to ordering a small soon. Very great back support as well. You won't be didappointed at all!

I used wear size 2-3 on pants. I ordered xsmall but it’s to tight, can not wear at all. So I exchanged medium and start with medium. Work well. Strong . Highly recommended . Good quality.

I was looking for a waist trainer similar to the Jsculpt and this did not disappoint and for half the price. For reference I am 5'2 and 166lbs, my waist is 29/30 depending on the day and I ordered a medium. I was able to get it on the last hook but luckily you can tighten it more with the belt. I definitely could have ordered a small. So the sizing chart is pretty accurate.
