    Its so comfortable !! When I go to the gym i barely feel it. I bought a medium and at first i didn't think that i would be able to get into it. but you want it to be a little snug or else you wont see results. If your gonna get this make sure your working out with it for best results.

    This waist cincher is truly wonderful. I've been wearing it for three days now only while at work to help with posture and overall well-being. I love it! Getting it on was hard at first but it has to be in order to work. Once hooked in it is very comfortable and secure. I can breathe normally and bend over to put shoes on comfortably. I can already feel and see a difference in my waistline. You do tend to sweat a little while in it which is normal and doing squats in it is also pretty comfortable too. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

    I'm excited about this product but I am exchanging for a little smaller size. I ordered a medium for 25-27 waist and I can already hook it on the smallest setting so I'm going to try a small instead. My waists measures 25 and I am 5'8 126 lbs. It seems to be a quality product, pretty heavy material and feels like it's shaping me in even though its a little too big so i'm excited to try the smaller size

    So far so good. I wear a 14/16 in US women's sizes, XL in shirts. I ordered a 3xl, which fits 34-36 . I can only fasten to the first set of the three rows. It is very tight and the boning is flexible. Very smooth under my thin workout shirt. I've had a better waist trainer but it was double the price of this one, so it should have been better. For under $30 I can't complain. I will order again once I move down to a 2xl. And considering I have been working out daily and moving down in sizes pretty swiftly, I wanted to find a great trainer with a reasonable price. I think this was a success!

    Update:

    I am ordering a size 2xl. The 3xl is too large now. However, I would not recommend this for heavy workouts. If you're just walking on the treadmill or taking some time on the elliptical this would be fine. However, I wore it will running and during a cycling class and it was extremely uncomfortable. I still think it's a great trainer...just for light exercise though.
