    I ordered xl based on another customer review & I can't say it's 2 big or small it was hard to put on @ first. I can fasten to the middle hooks but it's OK I've been wearing it for 8hrs a day for the last week, I am med build & I work out 3x week & I haven't noticed any difference. It is noticeable under clingy clothing. But I'm going to keep wearing for 2 more weeks to see if anything changes.

    I wear this at the gym, walk and sometimes sleep (but end up waking up middle of the night to take it off). But it's not something you can sit in at a restaurant or sit and drive. It's a waist trainer not a corset. If you're looking for something to wear out then I suggest a corset.

    Love it. The first time I wore it my husband mouth dropped, he had no idea.
    I was unable to wear the dress pictured because it had gotten tight, it now fits.

    Got it 2 days ago, it was delivered as promise; after wearing it for 7hrs straight felt a little itchy.
    Got the XL, my daughter helped me to get it on for the first 6 hooks. I am regularly a size 10.

    So far so good the material is awesome very durable, The hooks are nice, fits nice , I recommend it but to each to his own.

    Great product..
    I got a medium size I think I should have got a large I am 5'6 and weight 170. It takes me a long time to put on but it does what it supposed to do . I plan on getting a large soon. But great product overall I love it
