I love this so much. It fits perfect. I also did the go 3-4 inches bigger then how your measured. I did 4 inches bigger which put me at XL. The first time I put it on it was a little tight just to get on the first row. It’s been 2-3 weeks and I’m on the 3rd row now. I’m 163 lbs and 5’4.

Comfortable, got a Large and it fits nice, I’m 5’4 and 160lbs. I don’t make the strap tight, just want something to hold in my belly fat while I walk and this is good for that, the strap is strong though if you do like to do the hourglass shaping. Also has nice coverage on my torso and back.

My clothing size is XL so I picked a 2x it's still very tight. I should have gotten a 3x to be more comfortable in movement. Please measure yourself.

I usually don't write reviews but this one is excellent, is soft, you feel the support as soon as you try it on and also shapes your waist perfectly, my waist without it is 29 in and I'm 124 pounds and M was awesome, highly recommend this product. I'm so pleased with it I'll use it every day

First wear it was great and snug, 2nd wear seemed a bit loose. After that it was too loose to feel effective wearing it. It does help a lot with back pain and posture.

I went off reviews and sized up on this as I am 230 lbs and about 5’6-5’7. My weight is evenly distributed so im not larger in my midsection due to my height. Even with that said, im glad I sized up. The size I got fit perfectly and it’s comfortable. I wear it often for back pain and it gives great support. Highly recommend!

This belt is so comfortable. I have a 32 waistline with 44 size hips and I purchased a large. This belt doesn't fold upwards. It gives you complete coverage and a smooth look beneath my clothes. Concern, while the zipper goes from top to bottom-it, would stop above my whoha and make it difficult to sit down but it didn't. I am extremely pleased...
