This is the best waist trainer I’ve bought so far. I refused to send $80 dollars on a a trainer that looks and does the say this as this one. It’s comfortable and can be worn under clothing. It make you sweat while working out. I’m very satisfied with this product.

I am 5'3 and 142 pounds. I bought a Medium. It's a good place to start. It was really hard to put it on the first time, but getting easier. I'm wearing it just 2 hours a day at first, and it's snug. I set the clasps on the loosest setting the first day, but snugged up one the second day. I learned that the type of bra you wear makes a big difference in whether you have lumps showing on your back. I had to wear a bra with a wide lower band so that the bra and the corset don't have a gap. it's that gap between your bra and the corset that leads to back lumps. So far, I like the corset a lot. It is putting good compression on my lower ribs, and helping with overall posture. My lower ribs already stick out less! Hoping to stick to my diet and get into a size small corset in a month.

The packaging was nice, yet straight to the point. I ordered the black trainer with the zipper. I noticed it had hooks as well. While trying it on I thought it’d be too small, but it fits perfectly and I have the hooks on the tightest one, but the band has quite some ways to go. I’ll be able to use this trainer for a while!

This product has helped my back problems a lot I'm a medical receptionist and when I tell you we sit a lot and sometime your posture can get jacked up but this product is doing great with that plus I'm trying lose a couple inches off the stomach/waist

Speaking as a younger woman with a 7 yr back injury, these are better than any braces/wraps that I'VE tried...mainly cause rebuilding my core will help a lot with daily pain

Nice soft material. The bone of corset is flexible so you can bend over and exercise with it on. I am 5’4 and 205 lbs. When following the chart for measurement sizes I should have ordered a 5XL. But reading another reviewers remarks on how she ordered a 3XL and she was just the same size. I followed suit and also ordered 3XL. Fits perfectly!!
I actually have it on 1st clip and it’s snug and not to tight. I can still breath, chase and clean after my 18month old. I probably will order another one down the line if I continue to lose weights. Really nice product with made from nice material. Would recommend to family and friends.

This waist trainer does run small, which is why I am glad I ordered larger than I needed. It fits great, no pinching. I like that it has three points of support, clasps, a zipper and a velcro wrap so it is nice and snug. It stays in place perfectly and smoothed my love handles.

This weight loss corset works surprisingly well. I was definitely skeptical at first and thought of it as a gimmick item, however, it really makes you sweat! It's a little tricky to put on but you get used to it. It's well-made and double stitched as well. Fits perfectly as expected for my 5'3 27 waist.

Loved the hook zipper combo. Everything was great except the sizing. I am 5'7, 206lbs and 43.5 waist. I ordered an xxl and it reached the final hook once I received it. I wore it anyway 4 times. I am down to 39.5 and decided to give it to my mom and order a xl.
