Im 5’5” and weigh about 170-180 (most weight in my belly) and I got a large. I was able to put it on by myself but I did struggle a bit(YOU WILL struggle the first few times until you get used to it). I love it. It fits just right. After a while however, I can feel the little rumples on the inside sinking into my skin. Uncomfortable but its to be expected. You should get it.

This product users eyelids a zipper and Velcro. Product holds everything snuggly in place. Very easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day. Sweatband allows you to get rid of water in the body, yet fabric does not irritate skin. I normally wear a large but ordered one size bigger fits and feels great. Down 10 lb already! Highly recommended after trying numerous other ones that have failed.

By far the best one I have purchased! Of course it had a tiny rubber scent to it, but it does not bother or affect me at all. (I wiped it down with scented baby wipes and it’s fine) the texture is awesome! Overall supper happy with my purchase.
I’m 4”11, 160 lbs, and purchased the medium size, it is pretty tight but I’m comfortable with it.
