This trainer is awesome. In 20 days, I've lost a total of 2 inches from my waist. I sleep in it and wear it most of the day (I work from home). Most importantly, I work out in it. Working out is essential to actually losing inches and toning this area of the body. Before working out, I prep my stomach/waist area with an oil that I made that contains key essential oils that heats the skin to induce sweating, I then wrap my stomach with saran wrap and them top it with the trainer. I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it if you're using it in conjunction with an exercise routine.

Best corset that I've purchased so far. I've used others but they tend to roll and if you all day at work the corset moves. However, this corset stays in place all day and it's comfortable. I'm 5'8 and wear a 10-12. Size large fit me perfectly.

It is smaller than I expected but adjustable. I'm a bit of a stalky build and was able to somewhat adjust it so it fits snug and comfortable. I really do love it!

This is the best belt I have used so far! Very happy with the product, I use it in the day time and it is so perfect. I ordered the L size although my pants are Medium fit. I would suggest to go for one size bigger if you are ordering this product since it has the adjustable velcro strap to make it loose or tight. Exremely happy with this product hence goes the five stars :)

I wanted to explain this is not for you to have hour glass, its really only good for you to correct your posture. If you use it for other reason, well your not smart enough umm ya.

This thing is great! I use it during exercise, walking, and in the sauna. It really makes you sweat more. It works best with diet and exercise!

Make sure you check the size chart, true to size. Great quality, can definitely hold up for quite some time. Great for the gym with awesome back support, a bonus if you do squats, deadlifts, or anything in that nature. It is velcro but not cheaply made, will not burst open mid lift/squat. Very comfortable to sleep in as well if you are purchasing for Waste training, which is what i am currently using it for. I don't suggest using it under clothing if you want to be discrete since it's kind of bulky do to the double strap. I do wish it was longer!

I took my time to leave this review since I wanted to try the product on my daily basis workout routine and it did great!! Fit is perfect for my body (I'm not the skinny type) and my back effort has been releived a lot since I used this waist trainer.
