This product is awesome? It fits well and allows you to adjust the tension. It seems a little bulky to wear under daytime clothing for work but I haven't tried yet. I wear it at night while sleeping and will wear while I'm exercising. Because I tend to retain water, I take my water gone pill and then put this waist trainer on. I could tell the difference the first day.

Yes, you can see it through snug fitting clothes. I work from home so I wear it about 6-8 hours a day. I noticed small results on day 2. I am 5'6 and 200 lbs. I wear size 16 clothing. The XL was perfect for me. I am able to exercise while wearing it. I will probably wash it on my hand wash washing machine cycle. I pulled it as tight as I could get it. I already have a huge behind. I am interested in trying to define my waist and flatten my stomach. I don't put it on top of my skin. I wear a light weight undershirt under the belt. I am also using a hot cream rub on my stomach and I try to walk/move at least 30 minutes everyday. I tried to answer all of the questions that keep being asked repeatedly '.

My shaper belt is very comfortable and easy to put on. It works instantly to improve my posture and reduce waist size. In the past other shapers dug I'm uncomfortably to my rib cage. This shaper is perfect for my needs and discreet under clothing.

Very happy with this purchase. There are many waist trainers out there; but this one is very exceptional for the price. It is easy to get on and provides excellent compression and support for the core muscles. It does not ride up or fold over while trading in it. Aside from the support while wearing it, if you use it regularly overtime it trains you to keep your body in proper alignment. Even when not wearing it, you are more inclined to sit up straight and not slouch or let your abdominal muscles relax.
I will definitely be purchasing many more to get the different color options.

I love the band. It fits comfortably and can be wore under and outside your clothes. Am 5 8 186lbs wearing size 12, my waist is 38 and I purchase a meduim band which fits perfectly. I Hope this will be helpful to someone.
