I am 143 pounds and 5'3 so I ordered a medium which fit perfectly. I like how you can double adjust it to give you an hour glass shape. It's not as uncomfortable as a corset and it does not leave marks on your body. It's a good quality product and I would recommend.

**Only draw back is that it is a little bulky to wear underneath clothing. However, I am wearing it to work for the first time but I am wearing a black shirt so that it's not as noticeable.

It fits perfectly lengthwise for my torso. I've tried many others where my chest pushed up because it was too long. This also doesn't squeeze the fat out and above the waist trainer like many others, it blends into your body shape.

First this product is perfect!!....I'm writing this because this is the kind of review that should be written to help people. I am 5'7 170 lbs, waist 30 inches, hip 41 inches. I got a size M. If you are in this range of measurements, the M is perfect. I would not suggest getting a L.

It works!!!! I've always been thin but without any definition in my waist. I'm 5'4 118lbs and I ordered the small. anything larger would have been too big. I've only been wearing it for 3 days and for a few hours a day but i actually see a difference in my waist already when i take it off. like I can 't believe how quickly it's working. (And when it's on my waist is incredible!) Thanks!!!!!

Honestly I have not worn it yet but I did try it on. It took me a while to adjust it to the point where I'm comfortable and that it wont show through my shirt. I'm wearing it today for the gym and hopefully this week I can start wearing it all day while I work. Good material and it does run small so I would get a size bigger.
