Get the size you actually wear. I got a medium and I should've gotten a large. I still wear it but I'm probably not getting all the benefits. It helps with posture because of the high back and sides. Its very hard but i assume it softens with use. It did have a slighy smell out of the package but it had gone away. I don't workout in this one... I still use my neoprene one because I put thr Abilene on. I will be buying the large soon.

Wow! This thing is no joke! Just tried it in and had to loosen it up because it means business. I like that it feels well made and you can adjust it as you loose weight. Should be great during workouts.

Love it. Amazing back support. I have scoliosis in my lower lumbar region and i feel amazing when i wear it. I also feel my overall posture straighten out. I will definitely be wearing it when i weight lift as well.
