i love it, i wear it to sleep, it was a little hard to get off but that was expected, i’m 173 & have a stomach & a large fit good for the tightest hook

First of all I didn’t want a waist trainer with big snaps in front because I didn’t want it to show through my clothes so I wanted a zipper .Then I found one with all snaps allThe way down but because I wear my nails long it was hard to fasten . These snaps have spaces so it’sEasy to snap . Then the zipper covers it up . This holds me in so perfectly without digging into my skin and it looks smooth under my clothes . I wear it all day , 8+ hours2 weeks in with healthy eating and I justOrdered another a size down .I highly recommend

Exactly what I’ve been looking for! I Purchased an xs I am 5’ 1” and about 145lbs recently had lipo 360 and been looking for the perfect waist trainer and I’ve found it!

For reference, in these photos I was at around 165 and I am 5’3”. This is my first time using a waist trainer at the gym (this is a size medium) and this is the one for me! Great support and doesn’t move around which I LOVE. I do have a torso that’s on the shorter side, so keep that in mind if you’re like me.. but I’m really satisfied with my purchase and just ordered a size small!

I purchased it too small on purpose for motivation to get in the 1st notch lol, I have a different one and I comfortably fit the 3rd notch and don't have money to keep sizing so I'll work my UPFA down. But its good material and didn't pop on me when I was trying to squeeze my tummy fat in😂

I love this waist trainer! It doesn’t hurt or anything. Unlike most waist trainers, THIS ONE DOESN’T ROLL DOWN WHEN YOU SIT DOWN! It’s very comfortable and undetectable under clothes🥳 .. you can be snatched and comfortable! I ordered a Medium. I’m 5’6 and 190 lbs. It is hard to put on, but after the first time it’ll be a breeze to put on. It’s very stretchy as well, so don’t be scared to order your regular size.

Very comfortableLove the material, soft and smoothMade very wellIt was a little tough zipping up because it gets caught up on the hook parts so needed a little help. I got a medium. I am 5'1 at 150 lbs. I've had a baby so still trying to lose that baby weight. I legit had to not eat to get it on but once I had it on it wasn't squishing me or hurting me. Actually comfortable and doesn't move so you don't have to worry about it slipping down. Honestly saw a result in the first day of wearing it 4 hours. Didn't feel bloated after eating with it on.

I am a nurse who had a gigantic hernia repair after many abdominal operations. The weight of my stomach has been a problem and lifting patients scared me I felt I needed additional support. I have worn them for years and cant survive without them. I am gradually losing weight and do not wear them at home any more. I used to sleep in them. They work for additional support. I doubt they would slim a large stomach but do help after hernia repairs.
