As someone who always looks at reviews that were almost as many bad as good when researching this trainer. However I still decided to go for it and purchased a size XS. I use waist trainers for compression to help with my back pain and I was pleasantly surprised when it came in the mail.. early I might add. The material is very comfortable and it’s fairly easy to put on. Breathing is no issue. It’s a great product.

Omg this is the first waist trainer that’s so comfortable! I still can breathe; it’s tight where it’s a bearable tight, not uncomfortable, helps with my back pain and posture! Btw it was hard to get into just trying to connect it so what I did is I prep it and just slip it on and make my way up! Cause it’s impossible for me to put on just by the hooks. So I hook it up and slip them up.

I’m so glad I ordered this waist trainer it helps me with my sciatic nerve pain in my back also my left leg and a bonus tucks my tummy just right I’m 5’9 n weight 229 still losing but anyway you will need someone to help you put it on! It will be hard don’t give up breathing slow helps lol ! You will love it !! I danced all night .. no pain , nothing busted open ! You have get your size not fake sizes!

I’m 10 days postpartum and I love this faja! I stuck to my regular size (M) it is hard to get into a first but once you get it on it looks so amazing. Snatched up my entire stomach nothing is coming out and helps a lot with my posture. Definitely recommend
