    Hey ladies, I am 5'6 currently at 206 lbs. Two years ago i was at 156 lbs wearing size 9 pants ( my butt is pretty big ). I started to struggle with my anxiety down the line causing me to go up 50 lbs and currently wearing a size 14.

    I ordered this waist trainer in hope that it will actually work and guess what ... its AMAZING. The shipping was quick. Took less than a week. I ordered a size large because that is generally my size. Today was my first day and I could definitely see a difference after removing it.
    Putting it on was definitely a struggle. I couldn't zip it up. After about two hours of wearing it, i struggled but I got the zipper up. Its very tight but thats the point. It definitely works. The texture and material is great. When I sit, it doesn't fold down and I can breathe. So definitely worth it.
