Omg I was so addicted to this thing. Had it for about 3 years until the inside flap got caught in the zipper and I had no choice but to cut the zipper so it's ruined now!!! It's comfortable once you get use to it . If you have a good ammountof back fat , the tightness will make your back fat hunch over the top of it and sometimes it rises from the bottom of stomach ( if you are sweating a lot while working out like how I use it). It's a good thing to buy ! I reccomend

By far one of the best I have ever purchased. I should've gotten a medium though but after reading the reviews about going a size up I got a Large and it's not as snug as I'd like. It fits but it doesn't cinch the way it should because I need a smaller size. Overall, the quality, material, and shipping are great! I'd purchase from this vendor again.

This is a WONDERFUL waist trainer. I've purchased a few and my wait has gotten smaller of course. I was skeptical about the zipper at first because I thought it might snap while zipping it up but this puppy has been fighting an amazing fight with my relentless belly fat! Don't hesitate ladies, give it a try. I use my during workouts but I'm sure it could be used all day.
