I absolutely love it!! I'm about 5'8 185 lbs, I ordered a Large. I was afraid the XL might not leave room to progress. It fits fine, I included pics so you can see why I ordered it, lol.

I just bought my second and third one - XL. I have used a lot of waist cinchers - very expensive ones too. At $20 this is by far the BEST waist cincher I have ever owned. I just bought an extra one because these types of products tend to come and go and I want to make sure I always have one available. Its flattens your tummy while cinching the waist - pretty standard for a waist trainer. However, this is exceptional in that it the material is not all that thick. That means you look natural under clothes. Some of these other waist cinchers (especially the expensive ones) are too bulky. Anyhoo, this measures up to and surpasses waist trainers I have bought for $80 and up. My zipper on my first one went - that tends to happens with even the most expensive waist trainers.

Once I got the correct size it's still tight but PERFECT. Hides under clothes...nice snug. Wore it 6 hours this day in my size 15 fashion nova jeans...hides well.

So I was very skeptical about this at first from just the reviews it already had but I’m telling you THID IS AMAZING !!!! FOLLOW THE GIVEN SIZE CHART TRUST ME! I tried to be cute and get one size down because nowhere in this world I wear a 2x I got the 1x and it was a struggle to get on, but once on YOU COULDNT TELL ME NOTHING !!!! Old clothes I had that I kept out of hoping one day I would love how I looked in it looked BOMB on me! Any insecure I had of wearing tight clothes GONE ! This is definitely a good, safe pick !

For sizing, be sure to measure your actual waist (or where it should be) and then go by the provided sizing chart. When measuring your waist do not squeeze the tape measure too tightly. Pull it taught, but not so much so that you are squeezing fat in. Measuring in this way, mine fits tightly on the first hooks, and it is hard to clasp and zip. If you purchase based on the larger end of the waist measurment range listed, as I did, then lying down to zip helps. I wear this for several hours before a work out, but not during an actual workout (unless on the bike) because it is too tight and restrictive as of now. If you prefer that it not fit as tightly at first, order based on the smaller measurement listed within the chart size range. You want to be able to feel and move your stomach muscles during a workout, otherwise it’s counterproductive.

Do not go by the size you usually wear. That has nothing to do with waist clincher sizing. I got the XL and I am a woman’s pants size 4-6 right now. It really depends on your waist measurement and the size chart only. If you normally can squeeze into a small size, but have a belly loop-over /pouch, that can put you in a size XL or larger waist trainer/clencher. So bottom line is, go by the size chart people!

I own several waist trainers and this is the first one I have owned that is great not only under regular clothes, but under workout clothes as well to smooth your waist and stomach areas.
This is not a traditional silky material trainer where you focus on the waist and lace tighter and tighter, this is for workout clothes or smoothing under regular clothes period.

My favorite thing about this one is the outside rubber texture. My sung fitting yoga pants don’t slide down or under it! The rubber texture holds pants in place! I have worn it with a thin tank top under, or with nothing under it, either way works fine. If you wear with nothing under, a little essential oil rubbed into your waist & stomach areas can keep it fresh and hopefully speed fat burning. It’s thin and I love it!
