I see a lot of reviews on here saying that they went a few sizes down and upset that it doesn’t fit. Now the waist trainer is going to be tight when you put it on because that’s what it’s deisgned to do, your supposed to wear it daily and slowly go down in size as your waist shrinks with the trainer. My waist is about 32-33 inch, very small in comparison to my hips. I purchased the XL and it fits perfect. Going by the chart it says I’d be an XXL but going down ONE size helps you get the waist shaping effect. It wasn’t a struggle to put on, I didn’t have to jump all over the room and lay down on the bed. Just sucked my tummy in a little and zipped right up. I plan on using this as shapewear on my vacation and I’ll probably buy another to use in the gym. Overall I love this product and would definitely recommend!

I ordered this as an XL at first as I am usually a size 14. It was way too small, but I also just had a baby a month ago. I ordered another one up a size and it is still somewhat small, yet I can get it on and it looks fabulous. It is very comfortable. I actually forget I am wearing it and it makes me look super curvy. I love it. The zipper is challenging to zip up but once it is on, it doesn't shift at all. It stays in place. You are able to see it under some clothing but not all. The zipper in the front bulges out a bit. But overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

At first, the trainer was HELL to put on. I even thought about returning it because it was so hard to get to zip. But after the first time, it was a lot easier to put on. It hugs, tucks, and hides all of my belly fat. I wear it often, 6 days a week, 7-8 hours a day. I cook, do laundry, and even run in it. I am 200 lbs, 5'6 and I ordered a large.

I received my new waist trainer today and I immediately tryed it on I'm 158lbs I ordered a small at first I could buckle it up but was not able to zip it up so I returned it Amazon sent me my refund within a week of the return and I order a medium I love it great quality .

I like this waist trainer a lot! I just wish it fit longer on my lower belly but overall its perfect. If this helps, I ordered a Large. I’m 5’8 180 pounds. It’s keeping me from over eating because it’s keeping my waist and stomach tight.

Absolutely love it, I can’t believe I have found a waist trainer that I am absolutely comfortable in and also I can sit normal and not feel like my skin is being eaten by the rubber or meterial or digging into my back fat- sighs this is truly awesome!
however it is too big for me-:/ but I love and just love how comfortable it is-

I'm really into steel bones waist training, but after surgery it was painful in another way to accomplish this. With this one it's got soft bones but the material really forms nicely around your body. Best of all I grey to waist train again! Ty ♡
