I absolutely love this trainer. As soon as I put it on people ask me if I've lost weight. I wear almost everyday and I live in the Caribbean and wear suits. It's is not visibile under most clothing unless you wear something thin, unlined or close fitted. I do have some upper back fat that comes over the top of the back but once I put a wide band bra over it, it flattens it out a bit.
I would love however to have this trainer in a short torso option as my only problem is that the top of the trainer pushes under my breasts which feels sore after a while. But on a whole I am very happy. It lays flats and nicely curves in my waist under my clothes. I can move with it yet I feel sucked in. It doesn't feel hot or heavy. Be careful with the zip as yes it can pinch but not a big concern. Im 5 7 165 lbs with 34 inch waist and the L fits me nicely and snug but I most wear this to shape out my clothing and feel tight in the waist. I dont expect it to reduce the size of my waist but I will see if it does.

I love it! At first I freaked when I put it on and had back boobs, but I didn't have it quite high enough. Once adjusted, it's perfect. I love the fabric. It's a nice tight fit, very secure, even slept in it a few times. Im 5'6 144 pounds and the torso is a tiny tinch short but not too terribly. I wish it came XS. Im 27.5 in the waist trying to get to 24-25 as my goal. As far as fit notes, make sure it's not too small. It should not fold or pucker when you sit. Under clothes it is awesome

I wanted to write a review for those of you who might be experiencing the same thing. I have pretty severe diastasis recti from my last pregnancy. (For those of you who are unaware - my ab muscles never came back together and therefore my guts are kinda just hanging out there, held in only by a thin layer of fascia and my skin.) I have to have surgery to correct this, but am working on losing the rest of the baby weight first. This corset it AMAZING. My diastasis is worst above my belly button, so I look perpetually pregnant. Things like Spanx work well to smooth out loose skin, but they do nothing to suck my insides back in and give me a flat appearance. This thing does the trick! And even more important than appearance, it makes me feel supported - like I have a functional core again. I feel like I can pick my kids up without pain.

I love the zipper and the fact I don't have a gazillion hooks. It looks very nice under clothes. It helps my posture.

This was worth every penny and I will be purchasing a smaller size as my weight loss journey continues.

I originally bought the large after measuring, but it was way too small. Since my waist is actually biggest where it is supposed to be the smallest, the extra large fits nicely. My waist varies about 5-6 throughout the day, depending on what I've eaten and drank.

For reference I'm 180 lbs, 6'0'' and when I wake up in the morning my waist is about a 35 , but by the end of the day it measures closer to 40 .

The best purchase I've made on Amazon hands down, bar none, ever. I'm 5'6 roughly 130 pounds and got an extra small. I've worn corsets fairly regularly for years but this is my first that I bought for working out in. The neoprene fabric is sturdy and comfortable, the boning is perfect and once you get the hang of it taking it of and on is a breeze. Like I said I bought this purely for fitness and I've started wearing it all the time to work and everywhere else. I will say it is very tight on me but that's exactly what I wanted when I chose the extra small because I am experienced in wearing corsets and know what my body can handle. MEASURE yourself and consult the sizing chart. Overall I love it so much I will be ordering more and recommending these to my friends.
